ok to post a screen shot...

1.Hit the tab ''host an image''.

2. Browse the files location.

3.hit host it.

4. Select copy thumbnail.

5. Select upload. it will want u to upload another just click the tab: image and paste the thumbnail there

6. Last paste the copy of the thumbnail here how to post a screen shot 20100710

7. Hit send
